Hi,

Adobe Reader is a free application that you can download from www.adobe.com and you can fill in the form you mentioned.  Please install Adobe Reader XI on your computer then open the PDF file in Reader.

You can fill in the forms of the PDF file and save as the PDF file on your computer.

Adobe is a company name and Reader is one of our products.

Acrobat Plus is a subscripiton service that users can download Acrobat XI Pro to their computers(Win and Mac) and has more features than Adobe Reader.

Thank you.
