We can not put all consumers in one basket, because consumer behavior is differ from one to another, as for online retail store, consumer seeking online purchase to solve time, space, cost effects on his purchase so he/she may start with internet to search for stores, or ask a friend to refer trusty place to buy.

Buying online still facing problems against physical purchase, when consumer go to physical shop he can touch the products evaluate it, ask verbally about any question in his mind, and at the same time can decide to take it or leave it, whereas in buying online consumer keep most of the time that the product might be not in good quality, color, fitting ...etc, but delivery time is still negative factor in online purchasing.
