control your food and Have a regular exercise. (like Cardio exercises)

the very first thing you should drink is warm TEa including ginger, Green leaves, atleast two cups then dont eat anything till one hour. never drink water after any meal

Have 5 small meals and mainly have your dinner early , 3hrs before bedtime. Increase protein intake and cut down your carb load

Firstly, in order to control your weight ( if not reduce your weight) you have to be in a calorie maintainance diet along with cardio exercises ( if your goal is to maintain weight then dont HIIT on a prolonged basis) and regular resiatance training ( to avoid any muscle loss ).

Weight can be reduced by controlling your diet and exercising. Controlling diet means earing a balanced diet at the right time. Ensure eating starch contents foods during the day when you are active so that it can be converted to energy rather than in the evening because starch converts to fats which contribute heavily to weight gain. The other way is to do exercises to lose weight.
