I feel like saying something, I have many experience related to the all Official works as follows.

1. I am able to Draft all letters and Documents.

2. I can maintain the Personal files of Employees and Others.

3. I will make good relationship with my superior, employees, Customers and other related persons.

4. I can Prepare the vouchers, Cheque   drawing, bank reconciliation and other related work.

5. I able to Maintain cash book, petty cash, Creditors ledger and debtors ledger.

6. I can Prepare the Salary sheet and Count the salaries for varies employees and officers.

7. I can maintain the Assets, Stores and make depreciation as our company methods.

8. I will Obey our superiors Orders in anywhere, anything and anytime.

I would say I am an Exceptional Secretary able to work interdependently sometimes with minimum supervision as required by my superior.

 

I am able to draft official letters, reports and presentations by my self upon request.  Multi tasking is a must for any Senior Secretary as she is expected to handle a large volume of work and be able to work under extreme pressure.

as a multitask secretary I am able to handle much volume of work by prioritizing time management to my day to day work, obey superiors, can work under pressure and have presence of mind by all instructions given by management.
