Both Are very Important , so you have to give the same attention to both Customer And employer.

 

If you do not give your attention to your employer so he will FIRE you ,

And if you don't give attention to the customer then also your employer will FIRE you.

 

But front of your employer give your all attention to the customer , and when you dont have work then give your employer an attention.

You give both the attention they deserve because, they both have a very important role to play in effectiveness for business relationship.Firstly, your employer is your internal customer and your ability to relate with him/her most especially when it comes to communication, directly affects the service you render to the external Customer.This is because you and your employer have a common goal to keep Customers satisfied.
