The scientists have done decades of research why women can easily do multi-tasking and why men can't. The answers are laying in the structure of the human brain. It is discovered that women can easily do multitasking but no task is done extreme intensive or better said (without any value) they can do easy tasks the same time. Men can only do one or maximum two tasks the same time but they may be very intensive and attention-demanding. These developments are grown evolutionary during the different stages of mankind, where women stayed behind and took care of the kids and household the same time and men went out for hunting. A task, requiring the highest concentration on one task. So, is multi tasking effective? No, according me. And especially not when the tasks require high quality as results.

Multitasking is a very effective skill to posses as it allows an individual to accomplish more in his/hers daily schedule. This indicates a high level of focus if done correctly. This will depend on the individual as most want to multitask, only some have complete focus and do not let the work suffer due to having too many things to do at once and not giving certain tasks their full attention.

My opinion is

don't take or do multitasks in Job do multitasks in Business.

Because when you are taking more responsibility you have to work extra time , more headache, same price , but if your employer  giving you more tasks and not giving you more salary then don't take headache.

Multi-tasking is lead to multi mistakes ....

one task at one time and  should be focus ......

Multitasking is not an effective way  to have a great out put in the job. The focus and concentration of the worker somehow  divided that would create a negative result. Errors and mistakes are actually expected and it affects the standard of the product into weak. Brain focus capacity is not hundred percent constant, it's volatile and sometime vogue to remember the things specially if the worker is busy.
