How to keep track of the KPI ( Key Performance Indicators ) of your sub-ordinates and give the correct scoring according to their perfomances?

This is such a crucial task, which many line managers neglect and you see the direct impact it has on a team.

KPI's is something that should be monitored monthly, and meetings held with your team monthly. Some prefer 3 monthly, but if you want to capture your teams effort and actions during the year, do it monthly, and give feedback.

Let the guys sign their documents. At the end of the year, you just take all the monthly info and present it for their merit discussions. Then you have time lines, correctinve actions, idea generation, star points -all on paper and you can give each person his deserved rating, without arguments. If all do this, and break away from the friendly KPI scenario, then i think the system will be just and fair.

Measuring the hazard burden,measuring the health and management system,measuring the failure-reactive monitoring,measuring the safety culture,planning and implementing.in a simple manner we should monitoring the subordinates continiously whether they follow the company policy and implementing the safety strategies or not.if they follows the KPI should be good.
