Juniors may not have required know-how to dead lines or do not have habit to work under pressure.
As a senior, our main role is to convince them about the strategy the company adopted, the requirement of the administration and the professionalism and professional tolerance.
This makes them to realize that truly they are not working with the spirit of for what they are hired.
This will help them to realize the situation and goal of the company and will lead to the easy settlement of the situation.

We must encourage them and motivate them to do the best that they can.
But to feel tasks that carry on their shoulders we can ask them to make a plan for their work.
To improve them how they make planning in their life and schedule it and finally achieve the target.
Finally no one can force everybody to work hard if he dose not like his work and wants to reach the first grade in his work.
