A lexical mind seems to me to be a mind who astutely iterates or articulates the precise word or clause as indicated in the dictionary or formal canon to indicate that very meaning the speaker intends to indicate. He/she thinks in terms of formal vocabulary.

The mind is the human personality and his way of thinking and the degree of his intelligence and the way his analysis of the issues and confront the difficulties ... etc., and uses the term (of mind) to describe the function of the human brain, and despite possessing some of the animals of the mind, but this term is always what is called the human mind, and called in other times on nothing to do with supernatural powers by humans come from beyond nature.
