Would you prefer to work in a comfortable zone where noway for you to develop or to work in uncomfortable one where you can prove yourself and promot?

I would prefer to work whereby I can prove my abilities & skills and utilise my knowledge & experience, rather than in a comfortable zone with no chance of scope or development. If you prefer a comfortable zone, then it means that your education and experience were just for formality and you do not have the guts to face real time scenarios.

 

 

In general,  I will prefer to enhance my skills and  abilities. Furthermore,  I will try to improve and rebuild my communication method with atmosphere`s work, make it better comfortable area as possible either.

Uncomfortable Once you are in comfortable, you will lose your position for other motivated guy.

comfortable zone give peace but I prefer to uncomfortable zone to which there is hope to have a greater change and development; upgrade the skills,  develop abilities, mature and responsible worker, emotionally strong and courage.  In this, there is bright future waiting over there, though along the process lot of hindrance, dilemma and so on, yet, it is a great training ground to become famous and receive recognition as will as  promotion. "Choose difficult working environment in the first place and you will be comforted at the end for you will become mature and ready , easy to face the bigger challenge along the way and reward of success will be yours"

I will prefer where by I can do by best with my education, abilities, experience and comfortable......

I prefer the Zone where I can prove myself and improve my Career, regarding the uncomfortable one I think its part of the Challenge.

 

I think i will prefer uncomfortable zone because it gives more of learning. In a comfortable job there is no challenges, we or on the same position after years, but if u ho for out of your comfortable zone, you are doing something new.

One of the best way to develop our self is to step out of our comfort zone. We should never stop experimenting new things because keeps us energized and curious. We are not machines which do the same work everyday and all day long.

There are some organizations known as furniture organizations that doesn't involve employee advancement,feedback and autonomy.Getting out of comfort is zone is tough. In case Bureaucratic  organization everything has to be followed in accordance from apex.Whereas the organization such as matrix,professional service there is career advancement possibilities are there.However it differs from sector to sector and geographical location plays an important part.Anyways its better to think out of comfort zone rather being limited.

Its good to be hungry and eat the ripe ones!
