If you have lets say warehouses in (Kuwait, Yemen & Egypt), each is serving its country, How can you close one warehouse - Lets say Kuwait (due to high cost and rent) and manage to get shipments from other warehouses to Kuwait without a customer in Kuwait being affected by time delay in delivery (Any suggestions ?).

i believe since your current warehouse was broadcasting in Kw so you got the data base of the customers and their regular purchases and you can manage the orders to be delivered regularly during the year let us say in known number of shipments every month.
shipments can also be made from the other sites of same company and if finished goods are moving from kuwait on regular basis than there is no difficulty to make shipment from other warehouse does'nt matter its out of country...
