I'd ask myself whats the value in the conclusion? That will give you what accuracy you need.

 

In some industries such as medical manufacturing etc., you need100% accuracy all of the time. The value is human life in this case.

Conclusions are an inferences drawn by the auditors from the Findings ( the facts and figures collected by an auditor to satisfy the objectives of the audit ). , so the accuracy (%) of the Conclusions depends on an accuracy of the Findings
