Which are the major cause of fail actuator or throttle valve in any operation gas engines?

Most of failed on actuator it is cause of MFAC malfunction in case the engine speed on % MFAC should be activated. Throtthle valve should be adjust the linkage or buterfly valve refer to manual instructions
