Well, as Bayt.com says that upgrading of the account will increase your chances of employment as upgrading will expose your resume to the employer in the top category and also you have the advantages of moving your resume in the top list. Say for example if you have applied for a post and there are around2000 application and your application is listed at No.1400, as the company can't go through all the2000 resumes, the chances of your resume being considered by the employer are bleak. But by upgrading you can move your application to the top level & chances of employer viewing it are great.
But to be honest I have not upgraded my account and myself still looking for a position.
