You release your foot from the throttle, slowly, WITHOUT braking ! Then downgrade the gears, until you're in 2nd, then you put your direction light on the right and you stop the vehicle, then you put on the emergency lights, and the triangle 30 meters behind the vehicle, and you change the damaged tire !
