In such a situation, the role of the team leader becomes more important and crucial. Before starting actual project, he must adopt certain strategies to bring the team members closer to each other and to develop a feeling of belonging in them towards the project. For the same, he has to create a coherent and adaptable environment. He has to provide informal situations like inviting team members on dinners with their families ( if they are there). Give opportunity to discuss and solve personal problems of each other.

Team members should also realize that they are there on their own choice and that the project is more important for them than anything else. They should use a common language which every one is comfortable with. They should greet each other on occasions.

A congenial and healthy environment should be created by showing respect towards each others' culture, language and nation because every individual has a very tender feelings for these things.

As the objectives as a team can be achieved more easily and successfully when every one in the team is confident that his/ her honour, respect and individuality is secured.
