AGEING AND OCCUPATIONAL EFFECTS LEADS TO DEGENERATIVE ISSUES BUT TO FIND IT WE HAVE TO ASSESS A GROUP OF PEOPLE OF SAME AGE WORKING IN THE SAME PATTERN OF WORK AND FIND OUT THE HEALTH HAZARDS AND HEALTH ISSUES ARISING DUE TO THE WORK AND A REMEDY IS TAKEN AND PROVISIONS ARE MADE TO REDUCE THE INJURIES.SO BETTER ASSESSMENT OF PLACE OF WORK,PATTERN OF WORK AND ON WHICH BODY PARTS THE PRESSURE IS IMMENSE IS NOTED AND REDUCED AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.
