How do you define "Ethics" and what is its importance?

Ethics is a systematic and critical analysis of morality, of the moral factors that guide human conduct in a particular society or practice.

A strong ethical culture within your business is important in safeguarding your assets. Employees who abide by your workplace ethics would be able to protect and respect your business’s assets.

Workplace ethics is integral in fostering increased productivity and teamwork among your employees. It helps in aligning the values of your business with those of your workers. Achieving this alignment requires that you encourage consistent dialogue regarding the values of your business, which enhances community, integrity and openness among employees. 

The normal practices followed without allowing to germinate abnormal issues.

It includes study of universal values such as the essential equality of all men and women, human or natural rights, obedience to the law of land, concern for health and safety and, increasingly, also for the natural environment.

ETHICS is the study of right and wrong in human endeavors. At a more fundamental level, it is the method by which we categorize our values and pursue them. 

Ethics is a requirement for human life. It is our means of deciding a course of action. Without it, our actions would be random and aimless. There would be no way to work towards a goal because there would be no way to pick between a limitless number of goals. Any flaw in our ethics will reduce our ability to be successful in our endeavors.

Ethics is my moral values that can be seen in the way i deal with my work and work relationships. My job performance defines who I am and to achieve my work goal, I cannot be alone that is why team work is important to me.

Ethics - basically are governing principles to a person's behaviors and / or conducting an activity in business.

Importance:

• Standardizes behavior 
• Separates rights from wrongs
• They can harm or protect stakeholders
• Less crime because laws are based on ethics
• Trust is built with ethics in place

In organization perspective ethics are values,code of conduct, norm that organization has.Organization ethic form greatest portion of organization culture.Ethics usually enables discipline and adherence to rules and regulations.Ethics serve is benchmark to evaluate the rules and regulation that each employee is assessed .Ethics also serve as Red Light or limitations that must be followed.Overall ethical procedures increases the harmony,uniformity ,and discipline in organization culture
