Depends how bad the market, any growth is limited to demand whether you generate it or it's residual with the market. If there's growth then it would be best to focus on essential factors such as pricing, service etc.

Dear Jad,

As you know , in every business cycle there is a star as well as a dog, i mean ups and downs. As being professionals we have to be prepared for either situations in our current profile. I believe whatever be the situation , you must be strong in upgrading your pipeline through constant follow ups. If you are in touch of customers/clients continously , with a commitment , I am sure you will get ahead of those late starters as you will find the lead and just convert them into inquiry, inquiry into quotation, quotation into negotiation and finally negotiation into closure of deal. Believe in yourself and work ahead of others, DOnt work for this year only your work and pipeline should be ahead of time, i.e. next year also.

regards,
