1.take him to an office or somewhere private to talk. 

2.I try to calm him down and negotiate with him for the best of the company and see what exactly is his demands and not to make the problem get out of hand.

3.as quickly as possible inform the management about the incident.

4.check in the kitchen to make sure that the food is clean and nothing like that is repeated.
