The fact that this question has been asked is a triumph for the pedlars of management gobbledegook.  Phrases like "people centered approach" and "goal/work oriented approach" were just invented by somebody who wanted to sell a book ..... they don't really mean anything.

Trying to "integrate" two such phrases is nonsense.  Instead of reading such rubbish, spend your time thinking about management.

A goal is the the thing you are trying to do.  If you don't know what that is, why are you working? What is it that you think you are going?

And assuming you do know what your goal is, surely the easiest way to achieve it is to get some people to help you?
