this is really interesting question to be answered by experts on bayt who are on bayt for last many years. i have been on bayt for last two years and in these two what i observed is:
The job postings are real because they are paying bayt for postings but Employers are trying to hunt dinosaurs in2015.
Due to following reasons:
1. shortlisting and interviewing candidates from other countries is rare.
2. Specialty match is exceptional case indeed.
3. Employers post too many specialties to match with that of candidate`s.
4. Bayt has become source for businesses to increase traffic on their own websites.
5. Most employers do not care about the bayt profile of the candidates.
6. Profile search by employer is old story.
7. Taleo is big headache for job hunters.
8. Bayt`s emphasis is on number of members/job searchers accounts and employers to win advertisements. they are making no efforts to connect right person with right employer. Bayt has no obligation on employers to favour the job seekers.

I see that some employers are stupid's or the employee that working on internet recruitment is bad some jobs I saw for long times still open although the jobs status still open ...with loads applications they checked
some of that jobs I was sure% that I fit
and didn`t even got a call
