Yes Of course, when it is about the fresh graduates to start their career which needs experience.

1) The graduates must willing to participate in an Internship Programs with the companies.The Internship may consist of3 to6 months of duration.

2) The companies too should pay their attention towards such a fresh graduates and offer them the internship programs in this respect to equip them with the necessary required experience.WHAT DO YOU SAY??????
