During assignment of resources in MSP , we book labour/ material/cost type, how to book a package contractor amount with varying item rate contract?

Suppose , A tender is awarded with an item rate contract -Excavation2000 cum @50 USD, concrete5000 cum @300 USD , having a total value of1600000 USD with +/-5% variation in tender qty.

How to book the same in MSP as resources and how to calculate EVM?

Resource name - Excavation, rate as per @ USD same as concrte and other items
