Can you be specific? Is there no video feed? Then it's an issue with the GPU/ IGPU, Video cable or pin/socket or your monitor. If the computer isn't powering up then there something wrong with either your power cable, PSU or power cable to MB or motherboard itself.

c) RAM Issue and clean ram slot very well and check Vega
