Dear Mohomed ,your question needs to be trickle down, please, do brief a bit about which area of garment you want to measure so that appropriate KPI will be discussed. A garment firm is composed of several unit like, production, quality, support department and engineering units. So we must review the JD of every position and then link it with Key Success Indicator and then assign the targets. It’s not easy to deign them in short but carefully evaluating step by step the JD will definitely  lands to highlighting the KPIs. Well, do let me know how can I help you as I did working on it.

On time Dilivery, Air prepaid, Capacity & Order Loading Plan etc

7. SAMPLE

Sample Lead Time, Sample on time Dilivery, PPS first pass etc
