As per my experiences on emails I usuall start it with:

Dear ________,

Good day.

Thank you for your email.

With regards to the I email I receive dated (insert the date of the email) from Mr/Ms. _________.

Then you can add the reason of your reply or the inquiries you wanted to raise on the email.

Also, for the greetings it is much better to use period (.) than exclamation point (!).

In business email world, it is much formal when you refrain on using exclamation point to make it more sounds professional.

hope this help you.

xoxo

For me the best way in responding an email of introduction:

First - after reading and understood the whole topic of the letter/email and know from whom or either your familiar of the person/company who sent you or not, i always say in formal see below:

===========================================

Example:

Dear Sir/Madam,

In regards of the above subject as mentioned... (continue... with you answer what was the main topic of His/Her Letter and needed information for Him/Her to know about your answer...)

Second: in Closing the Letter or Mail.

(If you need His/Her urgent reply) - i will mention below

Awaiting your reply... - if reply needed ups to you...

Thanks...

Best Regards...

Mention Your Name

Your Contact details (co. phone / mobile number)

=====================================

Thanks... Ma'am Lamya Adam...
