A Project Manager can not manage his daily business without any meeting.
He must fire his staff and contractor everyday.
He carries a schedule in his hand but the milestones are never achieved.
He promises a budget but always exceeds the agreed cost.
He belives in the Murphy's Law which sates that:" No Project has ever completed in time - yours is not the first one "  " The no.
