If you have a book shop/store which sell/buy books etc, and also provide read in store service, so people can hire a book and stay in shop lounge and read books, also the store has about20 employees and the shop size roughly1000 square meter,

How can the store get or achieve the ISO14001, also you may think as it's a Mock store in you mind, so make up a plans and give recommendations based in your imaginations, let say that this store in USA, UAE, UK, or Egypt ?
