We have 50 users on DHCP server but server is not working properly sometimes client get DNS or sometime not kindly guide me how to configure it.?

Server is properly working with15 user .we have use windows server2008 and access point PT-Link 300

IT MIGHT BE THE DHCP SCOPE OR IP RANGE IS NOT CONFIGURE PROPERLY TO MANAGE USERS.
