We are all in a social being .For survive with cheers and peace we should always think about all members of our society or nation.
During recruitment of vast number of personnel we ought to maintain the recruitment quota for the regional candidates, ethnic minority, and gender minority, disable candidates.
After recruitment ,these types of personnel there will create inspiration among those regional and minor groups where from they came.
There will have additional advantages that, these types of personnel will easily deliver service/marketed goods among their own ethnic groups.
