Can normal Chilled Water AHU be used for refrigeration if we increased the capacity?

Absolutely NOT.

the chilled water temperature is at5.5 -6 deg C and in refrigeration equipment we need ice making or freezers so we cannot use that temperature to produce ice or freeze what ever the capacity we increase.

There are some solution or ref gases we are using in refrigerators for same purpose.
