Hello Shadi Deeb, There could be a horde of reasons behind resignations in senior level positions:  POSITIVE Reasons: > Better Propectus in another company > Starting Own Venture > Moving to another Place due to re-location of family .......etc NEGATIVE Reasons: > Unable to deliver the TARGET > Unable to manage the Team > A victim to Internal politics .........etc

As Lakshman said, there can be many reasons. But at senior levels people begin to leave when they perceive:

1. Lack of freedom to execute his plans

2. Lack of support from the top mgt

3. Lack of respect from the top mgt

4. Then all the other reasons put together - for example, money, designation, entrepreneurship (in this order)
