Your team has proposed a solution to a problem that your management does not appreciate. What would you do ?

If your case is strong buds, then get someone whom the management trusts more than your team to convince them, else forget the problem and move on, perhaps they know better.

you should know whay no appreciating, it might be the propsel of the team will not solve the problem from the management point of you

I have to investigate the case further and find out why my management do no appreciate that solution? If I was convinced with those issues from management, then I will ask my team members to try another solution.

Confirm with the management reasons as to why it thinks our idea is not the best solution ,have they opinion take it back to the group and discuss if we can bring up a better idea considering the management opinion

I will re-examine the problem and solution provided by my team and see why it could not have the best solution. If I feel it is the best solution can be provided for the given problem, than I will check with the management for their opinion and feedback, why the solution provided was not accepted or appreciated. Cause at times solution provided may be the best for sure, but there may be other reasons for not appreciating it. Getting to know about it will help. Thanks.

We should try to make them understand the importance of the solution and its positive impact.
