Brushing at night or in the morning disrupts the bacteria so it doesn't stay in place, because if left in place, it starts to cause demineralisation and eventually caries. Plus, the longer that plaque stays in one place, the more likely it is to become calculus, that hard, yellow, rough material you sometimes feel in between your teeth that can cause inflammation and bleeding in the gums. Brushing in the morning also eliminates bad odour (halitosis) produced by bacteria and also due to mouth breathing while sleeping causes dry mouth.

Because during night reduced saliva production causes increased caries rate if not done brushing properly.

01Aug16.....Brushing your teeth at night is as useless as teats on a bull and ranks right up there with ' olMidnightMassageAlGore ' along with David Zukkizukki '.  These two miscreants have over $20 million bucks in the bank because of frightening the bejazus out of people easily swayed to believe their crap.  No one knows that the Gore family was / is involved with tobacco farming.

In addition, the age of planet is now pegged at 3.4 billion years by our fellow astrologers and physio chemists in the know.  If the last ice Age was 50, 000 - 100,000 years ago, its safe to say that there have been tens of thousands of Ice Ages in the life of our planet.  Yet, somehome Mother Nature always comes through even when a massive asteroid clobbers the earth as in the case of some 65 million years ago and knocked out the dinosaurs permanently.  Of course, this disaster had no effect on the lovely shark, the smart crocodile, and the small animals living in holes.....too bad that the dinosaur was too busy eating everything that moved than to dig a hole in the ground.

Back to brushing your teeth.  Look at it this way, if the Great Creator was thinking like Henry Ford who put the windshield washers on his vehicles, then God would have put a similar piece of work on your teeth.  Meanwhile, the bacteria in your mouth ( and stomach ) is natural and there to ward off and kill off anything untowrth that moves inside your head and body.  Even your bowell movements have positive things as witnessed by the amply suppy of very Large and Fresh tomatoes sold to the solders from outside Vietnam during that dirty war.

Trust this allows you to go to bed a little quicker.  If your wife says that your mouth stinks, show her this message and hopefully it will convince her to behave likewise.  If she does, neither one of you will notice the difference in each other's body odors and Life Will Go On.....as is has for the past 3.4 billion years on Our Pale Blue Dot.......Much Obliged.....BobLoblah

;yes it's very necessary and mandatory to brush our teeth at night because brushing after dinner before sleep helps eliminate the retention alimenaire known dental pacifiers that can transform the anaerobic pre acteries biofilm and tartar or decay.

and it's the same thing for brushing teeth in the morning but it is less dangerous than the night brushingbecause of the presence of aerobic, contaminating bacteria that reduce the proces of tartar or caries formation by anaerobic bacteria in aport

You should not brush your teeth, at night or in the evening, every day, and wait till it starts feeling really bad, eating becomes tasteless.

At morning and evening is mandatory brushing the remnants of food that prevents bacterial growth on enamel of teeth.

yes it is necessary.

The oral cavity contain millions of bacterial which are norml flora. oral diseases are presented due to and increase or decrease in this flora. When the mouth is closed for a long period such as night time till morning (sleep) there is an increase in the bacteria flora as well as biotoxins which have been formed from the food consumed throughout the day.

brushing last thing before going to bed( no food or drink consumed again) reduces the amount of biodegradation nd further biotoxins that will occupy by morning. brushing in the morning should be after meal
