fresher can be accepted for the front office work as they are young,  dynamic personality etc. like receptionist telecaller sales man door to door marketing field work etc. experienced candidates are needed generally for back end like manager or supervisor or middle level or higher level where experience,  vision matters a lot.

Depending on the experienced employee and what ways he will set.In safety its important to comply with the safety policy of the company and if its effective then i will employ a young and smart staff who is bound to adapt fast and grow with the company. If there's no effective safety policy then its important to employ an experienced personnel who might set hia ways for the benefit of the company.
