we can avoid brand attacks by

Minding youre own brand by spending time on its upliftment
Getting unique & innovative marketing strategies into your bussiness
Having mutual undertsanding with other brands is also neccesary.

Only duly registered trademarks are protected, granting the owner exclusive rights for using the trademark, authorizing its use, prohibiting others from capitalizing on its benefits, and preventing them from registering identical or confusingly similar trademarks.

we must know that trademark infringement and counterfeiting are more serious issues in the Arab countries, they are also of global concern.
