Dear Amina,

This is tough & challenging work, i would suggest for following steps;

1 - Do learn your organization dynamics thoroughly.

2- Based on the business need, determie the nature of Human Resources required.

3 - Engage your departmental managers in doing HR planning.

4 - Have detail & break up schedule of HR requirements.

5 - Plan your recruitment drive for entry level positions.

6 - For experience position, do use social media to attract candidates (it's cost effective)

7 - You may use traditional media to have candidate.

8 - Train & groom your HR team & managers on conducting interviews.

9 - Work on Recruitment policy to streamline your recruitment process.

10- If your budget allows then deploy a good HRIS system.
