It depends on your project requirements, on the existing knowledge and existing resources, on what type of deliverables you have to provide, on your BIM process and BIM uses really applied, etc.

I also prefer to use Autodesk Revit as part of the Autodesk Building Design Suite (so together with Navisworks and the other included tools).

I think it depends on how skilled you are in the program but for me Revit is the best cause it's supported by a big company & can be used with many other CAD programs.
