Close Quarters Battle and usually hand to hand fighting with knifes or bayonets . 

Close quarters battle (CQB) is not dissimilar to Close Quarters Combat (CQC) which is a particular type of fighting where small units (generally military, police or private contractors) engage the target with small arms weapons and can include hand-to-hand combat possibly with blaaded weapons. Nevertheless, CQB is moreover a battle senario technique utilising systems to advance the team/s strategically into the battle to cause maximum acheivement with least casualties or loss of assets.

"CQB" in military terms stands for Close Quarters Battle. In the civilian community, individuals are more familiar with the SWAT teams concept of CQB, which is conducted normally in confined areas and have to deal with many unknown variables, the military took the concept a step further. In the military CQB became an integral skill to survive and battle an enemy force entrenched in an urban environment. The team must employ advanced technology and weapons, breaching tactics, and progressive thinking so the team collectively can focus on the objective, eliminate fatal errors, and accomplish the mission.
