According to me Problem Solving Skills and integrity are the two main things that a project manager should have. In the development of a project there will occur many problems and the Project manager should be well capable to solve it out easily. Also maintaining the integrity in the team helps in earlier and effective way of the completion of any project. There are many other qualities that a Project Manager should have but i think that the above said are the main ones.
