It all comes down to the engagement of the colleagues.

The time of managers sitting in offices is from the past and current employees loo for the pro-active and hands on leaders.

A GM who walks on the beach to clean the garbage, will have more people following him and cleaning than when he sits in his office and calls someone to do it.

Hospitality and courtesy is the top most trait for all the Managers belonging to this Hotel Industry.I think it will more befitting if you know all details of service your hotel is going to provide to your guests. So far as Management is concerned it entirely depends upon the level ownership a Manager needs to exhibit in order to make other subordinates to have same sense of belonging.Cleanliness, showcasing of interior and exterior decorations, polite language and last but not the least that is the taste and know-how of the butler about various dishes and eatables prepared by your cook. Though, knowledge of range of services your Hotel is going to provide is essential, but keeping these services OK and ready to meet the demands of guests is most necessary.
