Been able to handle pressure with level headed approached in accordance with company regulations and policies.

 

As to handling pressure at work, composure and focus  and a positive outlook and team work could possibly save the day. 

 

Talked to him politely with conviction on his concerned. If it goes unreasonable and goes beyond my personal boundaries . Will handle and inform him/her that this is beyond my scope, however will go extra miles to find the best possible solution rectification on his issues .

Always be calm and give a polite look to the customer no matter how worse the situation may be always calm them down aside from the views of the other guests. For working under pressure,you must be flexible, fast and be a problem solver and also make sure all the tasks are been done at a time.
