According to Bloom, there are three domains of learning: the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Cognitive - mental skills

Affective - emotional growth

Psychomotor - physical skills

 

It is very useful in Education for it allows us to choose what approach or strategy a certain topic requires in order for the students to absorb it efficiently. It helps enhancing the curriculum to help teachers and educators to make adjustments and revisions so there could be a better learning environment.
