What is the difference between Inverted commas, quotation marks,speech marks, quotes and scare quotes?

 Quotation marks is called alse inverted commas used to mark the beginning and end of title or quoted passage or to indicate that a word or phrases is regarded as slang or jargon or is being discussed rather than used within the sentence .

Speech marks is used to mark the beginning and the end of direct speech 

Scare quotes used to draw attention to an anusual , ironic , or arguably inaccurate
