What qualification should I have to work in organic chemistry laboratory ?

Depends what level of engagement you have:

for technican type role, I would recommend at least bachelor level

for entry level into Research and developemnt, at least master with the knolwedge of spectroscopy

For scientist and independent research leading role, at least Ph.D. is must to start with and build on your expereince and expand your areas of expertise with a track record of publications in international community.
