Why do most companies hire entry level candidates to fill customer service positions?

1st entry level candidates cost less wages 2nd most costumer service work are already organized by company system so it requires few experience to do the job.

The big guys want to relax while the beginners do business.
most of the time the beginners are most accounted for any mistakes in the dept.

they maybe required entry level only..it is a big question mark if..a 10 yrs experience in a professional field..to apply for a an entry level position...omg
