My Acer travelmate6293 laptop restarts just when its about to boot to windows8.1. NB:This happens only when its connected to supply.What can I do?

i dont understand what are you mean but if u have a problem with windows you should to have other now u can find windows10 by torrent link

but if u have a problem with your laptop try to upload bios

First of all you should check ac adapter voltage it should be19v if not you should change adapter. Then remove battery and connect the ac adapter in plugin and check if the laptop boot well if it does change battery.3rd procedure in troubleshooting boot windows and press f2 or f10 it may vary between DOS versions and load default setting and restart the computer. Continuing diagnosis steps to start within software diagnos press f8 when acer logo appear upon boot and load advance setting and try to repair or restore windows and try again if the problem still appear it needs IT maintain
