Why non-envelop virus more resistance than envelop?

Treating a viral infection is a tricky thing! Non-Enveloped ones are worse since the infecting material is only composed of either DNA/RNA or protein and thus anti-vitals would be less effective in treatment compared to enveloped ones.

Yes, the enveloped viruses are comparatively less stable since the lipid bilayer can be degraded by high temperature and detergent treatment etc..
