Relevant previous experience and stability; the meaning of stability is someone who stays for at least1.5 -2 years working with the same employer and not job hopping. Also a brief but clear summary of previous experiences.

First glance - is the overall format of the resume, the flow of information. A good resume is crisp, brief but at the same time manages to convey a complete picture.

A resume is a reflection of the individual who has prepared it.
