What do recruiters look for in a resumé or a CV at first glance?

Relevant previous experience and stability; the meaning of stability is someone who stays for at least1.5 -2 years working with the same employer and not job hopping. Also a brief but clear summary of previous experiences.

First glance - is the overall format of the resume, the flow of information. A good resume is crisp, brief but at the same time manages to convey a complete picture.

A resume is a reflection of the individual who has prepared it.

 

I Think the most important thing that recruiter looking for is candidate careers and how much experince in same recruiter field

We look at how well the candidates represent themselves using appropriate formats and standards. The more candidates are good in presenting themselves in their CV, the more potential they have for any post given.

At first glance, I look for the candidate career objectif.

2)Nationality 

3)Company Names 

4)Designation 

5)Roles & Responsibilities

6)CTC 

7)Notice Period
